Q: How fast can you pick up?

A: Most junk removal jobs are completed the same day or next day. For the fastest service, contact us as soon as you know when you’d like your pickup scheduled — we’ll do our best to match your timing.


Q: What are your hours of operation?

A: We’re available 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., 7 days a week. If you reach us after hours, leave a message and our team will respond as soon as possible.


Q: Do you handle small jobs?

A: Absolutely. Whether it’s a single item or a full cleanout, no job is too small. We provide dependable hauling services throughout the Cincinnati and Tri-State area.


Q: Will you remove items from inside my home or building?

A: Yes. We can remove items from basements, attics, garages, offices, or anywhere else on your property. A small surcharge may apply for hard-to-access areas.
